About the role
We’re looking for a moonshot-seeking, highly creative, impact-driven, hustler to join our growing team as our first marketing hire to help us reshape the global food and beverage industry with sustainable, healthy climate positive products.
You’ll be managing key marketing functions and partners as well as nurturing and growing our FUL brand centered around climate positive nutrition in the b2c (including our first product, a functional soda) and b2b spaces (as a branded ingredient FUL).
You’ll help bring the magic of FUL to life – working closely with the FUL leadership team (CEO, COO, CTO and U.S. GM) to as point for all activities related to the marketing.
Who you are
You are an out-of-the-box-thinker but highly execution-focused with experience growing challenger brands in the consumer space.
You possess a great love for building, nurturing and growing brands.
You are entrepreneurial. High level and strategic, but willing to roll up sleeves and be scrappy.
*What you’ll be doing *
- Managing FUL’s marketing budget and key KPIs
- (Challenger) brand management and growth
- Community engagement strategy and “tribe building” (including influencer/brand ambassador engagement) through on and offline activities
- Ecommerce and digital marketing through work with partners
- Driving trade marketing strategy and execution
- Managing in-store presence and driving rotation at POS
- Managing design partners for physical and digital assets
- Balance and align b2b and b2c brand strategies
- Identifying and driving the relationship with any other strategic partner
Ideal start date: September 2022
Flexible role structure (consultant, part time, full time)
Remote – based in LA is a plus.
